• How to cancel the order:
If you wish to cancel the order once placed, the same must be done within TWO (2) hours of placing the order.
• Can I modify/change my order
Product orders once placed if needed to be changed, the same must be notified by the user within TWO (2) working hours after submitting the order. Pakatra-TheStore will make its best efforts to incorporate changes but will not be held responsible if an advised change is not made. You may notify us on info@pakatra.in
• Cancellation regarding Personalised products
Personalised product orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once the order is placed, but if you still wish to cancel the order, please notify us within SIX (6) hours of placing the order. You may also notify us on info@pakatra.in. You will be charged the designing charges from the prepaid amount, if applicable.
• We offer easy and hassle-free exchange or returns for Non-Personalised products. The same needs to be notified to our team within 5 days the date of delilvery of the package. The product must be unused, in its original packing and in saleable condition.
• If you purchased combo products, entire package will need to be returned. Partial returns are not permitted.
• Exchange can be done for same product in different sizes only. You cannot exchange your ordered product for another product.
• Exchange products will not be gift wrapped again.
• Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
• Pakatra-TheStore may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change products/categories or the terms and conditions of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• In case your pin-code is unserviceable for a reverse pick up, you will be prompted to change the address and pin-code or to select Self Ship option.
• Once we receive the request of exchange/return, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
