• Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email/text/whatsap with order details and Order ID.

• If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code or a particular product you may have selected. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Personalised Items

• We levy a flat Rs.300 charge on Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Bulk orders. Bulk orders are of minimum 10 units of any item.

• Delivery/Freight charges will be additional for any specific odd pincode locations PAN INDIA

• Tracking detail through link will be shared with the customer after the parcel has been dispatched from our office on your given mail address, SMS or WhatsApp on the given mobile number to us by the customer

• Turnaround Time/DeliveryTime will be shared with the customer within 2 hours after the order is received at our end.
